At Marjolen, trust is our absolute priority. Before reaching your wardrobe, every item goes through a rigorous inspection process.
Rigorous selection
We select only items from well-known brands, in excellent overall condition. Fast-fashion pieces or those with irreparable damage are systematically declined.
Authentication
Every item is meticulously inspected by our team: finishes, seams, labels, badges and brand-specific markers. In case of any doubt, the item is not put up for sale.
Cleaning & restoration
Pieces are professionally cleaned when needed. We repair minor imperfections (a missing button, a loose thread) before putting them up for sale.
Honest description
The condition of each item is rated on our 5-level scale (New, Excellent, Very good, Good, Fair) and documented with detailed photos showing any imperfections.
Careful packaging
Your orders are prepared with care, in suitable protective packaging. We use recycled materials whenever possible.

New with tag
The item is new, has no defects or alterations and still has its original tag.
Never worn
The original tag is missing, but the item is new and has never been worn.
Very good condition
The item has been worn little. It is very well kept and has no defects.
Good condition
The item has been worn. It is well kept but may be slightly used, while remaining fully within our selection criteria.
Fair condition
Well worn, visible signs of use.
